Today, we offer in-depth guidance on the effective use of neural probes in both in-vivo and in-vitro settings, along with tailored support for accurate and efficient data analysis.
Acquisition Systems
We are proficient with a wide range of electrophysiology systems, including SiNAPS, Neuropixels (NI interface and OneBox), Open Ephys, Intan Technologies (128-channel recording and stimulation), Neuralynx, and Multi Channel Systems. Our team can assist with full system setup, configuration, and optimization to ensure high-quality data.
Rodent Electrophysiology
We bring extensive experience in both acute and chronic Ephys studies in rodents. For freely behaving animals, we specialize in: designing lightweight implants, performing high-quality surgical procedures, constructing appropriate behavioral mazes, and ensuring synchronized, error-free video tracking. We also integrate Ephys with optogenetics, optotagging, and two-photon imaging in freely behaving rodents.
Data Analysis
Our team is proficient in MATLAB and Python across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms. We can help you establish automated data analysis pipelines, including spike sorting with Kilosort and visualization with Phy.

Using the ATLAS Neuropixels fixture, we can acutely record cortical neural activity while the mouse reaches for a water droplet. The fixture protects the Neuropixels probe immediately after recording, allowing for >10 reuse cycles without compromising performance.
